Great Value Realty, one of North India's most trusted real estate developers, has appointed KMH Engineering, a globally renowned structural engineering consultancy, as the Structural Design Consultant for its flagship project Ekanam (UPRERAPRJ510056/09/2025), its ultra-luxury residential development in Sector 107, Noida.
The appointment marks a significant milestone in the development of one of Delhi NCR's most anticipated luxury residential projects and reinforces Great Value Realty's commitment to bringing together the world's finest experts to create a landmark address for the region.
With nearly three decades of experience, KMH Engineering is internationally recognized for designing some of the world's most complex high-rise and super-tall structures. The firm's portfolio spans landmark developments across India, the UAE, Oman, Hong Kong, and Jordan, including the world-record-holding Princess Tower in Dubai, which was the tallest residential tower globally at the time of its completion. KMH's expertise covers structural engineering for high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and institutional developments, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation.

The structural design for Ekanam is being led by Syed Majid Hashmi, Managing Director, KMH Engineering, a globally respected structural engineer with more than 28 years of experience in skyscraper and super-tall building design. A Professional Engineer licensed in the United States and a gold medalist in Structural Engineering, Hashmi has led the design of numerous landmark towers exceeding 300 metres in height across international markets.

For Ekanam, KMH was engaged from the concept stage, with the team working closely with Benoy and the Great Value to develop an advanced structural system that combines efficiency, resilience, and long-term durability. The towers have been engineered to withstand gravity, wind, and seismic forces while maintaining structural performance significantly beyond prescribed safety benchmarks.
To further validate and optimize the design, the towers underwent wind tunnel testing by RWDI (Rowan Williams Davies & Irwin), a Canada-based global leader in wind engineering. Such testing is typically reserved for some of the world's most demanding high-rise developments and underscores Ekanam's commitment to world-class engineering standards and resident comfort.
Ekanam is envisioned as a holistic lifestyle ecosystem where architecture, nature, and mindful luxury converge. The project will feature vertical green terraces, sky gardens, natural ventilation systems, water conservation infrastructure, and Noida's highest infinity pool on the 40th floor. Targeting IGBC Green Building certification, construction is actively underway, with handovers scheduled for FY2030 in line with its RERA-registered delivery timeline.
Spread across 4 acres near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Ekanam is a ₹600-crore development comprising 280 ultra-luxury 3 and 4 BHK residences ranging from 3,525 sq. ft. to 5,525 sq. ft. across three iconic 46-storey towers. Designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm Benoy, the project is envisioned as a low-density, nature-integrated luxury community on the last available residential land parcel in Sector 107, Noida.
